《黄帝内经》刺血疗法概述

刺血疗法是中医学中古老而独特的一种针刺治疗方法,《黄帝内经》中有关刺血疗法的论述占了大量的篇幅。《黄帝内经》162篇文章中,有48篇(其中《素问》有20篇,《灵枢》有28篇)涉及到刺血疗法,内容涉及刺血的施术工具,刺血的机制、治则,刺血操作手法,刺血疗法的适应病证、禁忌证,刺血后的反应(包括病人的反应、出血的颜色),出血量以及误刺后果等方面。文章就《黄帝内经》对刺血疗法的认识进行全面概述。

Pricking blood therapy is an ancient and unique acupuncture treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, and there are a lot of expositions about pricking blood therapy in Inner Canon of Hungdi. In 162 pieces of writings that includs in Inner Canon of Hungdi, 48 pieces of writings （20 pieces of them from Plain Questions, and 28 pieces from Miraculous Pivot） involved the pricking blood therapy. These writings include the tools for the performer, the principles, the rules of treatment, the operation method, the indications, the contraindications, the reactions after the therapy （includes the patient reactions and the color of bleeding）, the amount of bleeding and the consequence after the wrong therapy. In this paper, the understanding about the pricking blood therapy in Inner Canon of Hungdi is summarized.
