干燥综合征患者舌苔上皮细胞凋亡基因与中医证候相关性研究

Correlation study on apoptosis of epithelial cells of tongue in patients with syndromes of TCM in Sjogren's syndrome patients

目的:探讨干燥综合征患者舌苔上皮细胞转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、Fas、Bax、Bcl-2凋亡基因与中医证候分型的相关性。方法:将148例患者分为阴虚内热型、气阴两虚型、气虚失运型和气滞血瘀型,运用免疫组化法检测各证型患者舌苔上皮细胞调亡基因TGF-β、Fas、Bax、Bcl-2的阳性表达率,并设30例健康患者作为对照组。结果:阴虚内热型、气阴两虚型及气滞血瘀型患者TGF-β、Fas阳性率均高于健康对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),气阴两虚型和气滞血瘀型Bax阳性率高于健康对照组(P<0.05),气阴两虚型和阴虚内热型Bcl-2阳性率高于健康对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:阴虚内热型和气阴两虚型患者舌苔细胞凋亡基因阳性率高于气虚失运型和气滞血瘀患者。

Objective： To discuss the correlation of tongue epithelial cell TGF-β, Fas, Bax, Bcl-2 gene and TCM syndrome in patients with Sjogren＇s syndrome. Methods： 148 patients were divided into 4 groups, yin deficiency and internal thermal, deficiency of qi and yin, spleen deficiency and damp retardation, qi stagnation and blood stasis groups. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the tongue epithelial cell apoptosis gene expression of TGF-β, Fas, Bax, Bcl- 2 of patients with various TCM syndrome types, with 30 cases of healthy patients as control group. Results： TGF-β, Fas positive rate of patients of yin deficiency and internal thermal, deficiency of qi and yin, qi stagnation and blood stasis was higher than the healthy control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The Bax positive rate of patients of both deficiency ofqi and yin, qi stagnation and blood stasis type was higher than that of the healthy control group （P〈0.05）, The Bcl-2 positive rate of both deficiency of qi and yin, yin deficiency and internal thermal was higher than that of the healthy control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Apoptosis of tongue cells of patients of yin deficiency and internal thermal, syndrome and deficiency of qi and yin syndrome was higher than that of qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.
