Analysis of relationship between disease and Chinese medicine based on literature

摘要 目的:从信息学宏观角度探索病药之间关系,探索临床研究文献中疾病和中药数据之间的关系。方法:涉及2004年中医临床文献11 050篇,针对文献中的中医疾病名称、西医病名、中药名称3方面信息,利用数据挖掘中的关联分析方法探索病药关系。结果:获得最为密切的"病-药"关系,其中获得高频中医病名与中药组合12对、西医病名与中药组合13对。结论:部分脾胃疾病处方中有中药集中使用的现象,部分更值得被优先研究的治疗脾胃病的中药被筛选出来。 Objective: The relationship between disease and Traditional Chinese herb is analyzed from a macro point of view of informatics. The relationship between disease data and medicine data in clinical research literature is analyzed. Methods: 11 050 TCM clinical articles in 2004 are included. The information of Chinese disease names, modern disease names, traditional Chinese herbs is collected. Relationship analysis of data mining is used to explore the relationship between disease and medicine. Results: The most close relationship of disease and traditional Chinese herbs of high frequency is gained, of which to obtain high frequency of TCM disease combined with traditional Chinese medicine for 12, and western medicine of disease combined with traditional Chinese medicine for 13. Conclusion: Partial traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for spleen stomach disease are focused on some medicines. Some traditional Chinese herbs which are more worthy to be studied are filtered.
