头孢西丁钠致急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，26岁。因“慢性化脓性中耳炎（右，胆脂瘤型）”于2013年7月入六安市人民医院。既往无过敏史。患者于8月1日行右侧中耳乳突改良根治术。术后为预防感染使用头孢西丁钠2g及0．9％氯化钠注射液1100ml。患者8月3日出现高热，体温最高达39℃，考虑合并病毒性感冒，予以感冒灵颗粒口服，效果不明显。
