Diagnosises progresses of gene chip technology in unexplained mental retardation

摘要 基因芯片技术是一种信息量大、操作简单、速度快捷的核酸序列测定及定量分析技术,其特点是高通量、高集成微型化、平行化、多样化和自动化.目前基因芯片技术逐渐被应用于临床各个领域,涵盖了疾病的诊断、治疗指导、判断预后等方面.该文就基因芯片技术在不明原因智力发育障碍的诊断进展作一综述. Gene chip technology is a large amount of information, simple operation, fast speed of the nucleic acid sequence determination and quantitative analysis technique. The advantages of this technology in- clude high integration and high content of micromation, parallelism, diversification and automatization. Current- ly, gene chip technology is increasingly being used in clinic, including disease diagnosis, treatment guidelines and prognosis. The progresses of the diagnosis of the gene chip technology in unexplained mental retardation are summarized in this paper.
