不同检测系统间肌酐、淀粉酶结果参考区间转移的可行性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同检测系统间肌酐、淀粉酶结果参考区间转移的可行性。方法建立盘锦周边健康人群肌酐、淀粉酶的参考范围,并对本室罗氏Modular P800、贝克曼DXC800和奥林巴斯AU680生化检测系统的肌酐和淀粉酶测定结果进行方法比对和偏倚评估,以罗氏系统参考区间为准,向贝克曼及奥林巴斯系统进行转移,与此两系统实测参考区间进行比较,研究参考区间转移的可能性。结果罗氏Modular P800、贝克曼DXC800和奥林巴斯AU680生化检测系统间,不同生化检测系统,不同方法间肌酐、淀粉酶检测结果具有明显的相关性。结论不同检测系统间肌酐、淀粉酶结果参考区间转移可行。 Objective To explore the reference interval transfer feasibility of creatinine and amylase with different detection sys- tems. Methods The reference range of creatinine and amylase with healthy people around Panjin was established. The creatinine and amylase determination results by Roche Modular P 800,Backman DXC800 and Olympus AU680 biochemical detection systems were done the method comparison and hias evaluation. Roche system reference interval as standard,~ransferred to gackman and O- lympus systems,we compared the two systems, measured reference interval, and researched the possibility of transfer of reference interval. Results Among Roche Modular P 800,Backman DXC800 and Olympus AU680 biochemical detection systems, the detec- tion results of creatinine and amylase of different biochemical detection systems and different methods have obvious relevance.
