摘要
文化育人是大学教育的应然诉求,其育人功能体现在对学生的引导、规范、熏陶和激励等方面。社会转型期,我国大学呈现出功利化和实用化办学趋向,行政化管理严重,偏离了大学应有的文化价值,使文化育人陷入困境。在无法控制外部环境变化的情况下,大学文化育人困境的自我诊治策略是坚持育人为本,倡导素质教育;重塑大学精神,克服功利主义;倡导文化自觉,建设制度文化;建设校园文化,创新育人载体。
Educating students with culture is the prerequisite for university education. Its function is embodied in its guidance, regulation of behavior, edification and encouragement. In the period of so cial transition, some universities deviate from their cultural value by practicing pragmatism utilitarian ism and bureaucratism, thus leading educating students with culture into a difficult situation. In the uncontrollable external environment, the strategies for detecting and overcoming the difficulties are as follows: adhering to the studentcentered education to advocate quality education; reconstructing the university spirit to get rid of utilitarianism; advocating cultural consciousness to nurture institutional culture and constructing campus culture to make innovation in educational carriers.
