摘要
以美国高等教育组织治理的研究文献为主要来源,对20世纪60年代以来高等教育组织治理模式的研究进行了历史阶段划分,并对每个时期的研究特点和主要的高等教育组织治理模式进行回顾和评述。总体来看,美国高等教育组织治理模式经历了起源、封闭系统视角、开放系统的理性视角和开放系统的文化视角四个不同时期,呈现出从单一治理模式到多样化治理模式,从关注内部治理到关注外部环境的影响,从结构化的观点到非正式关系的视角等趋势。
Based on literature on governance of higher education in the United 5rates since tins paper divides the history of the research on America's governance of higher education organization into several stages and makes a review of the features of the research at each stage and comments on the major modes of the governance. On the whole, the governance has undergone four stages, namely the initial period, the closed system period and the rational open system period and the cultural open sys tem period. It has changed from a single mode to a diversified mode system, from a structuralized view to an angle of informal relationship and its focus has shifted from internal governance to the influence of the external environment.
