摘要 先天性女性生殖道畸形定义为胚胎在发育过程中苗勒管或中肾旁管偏离正常的发育过程所引起的畸形,发生率为4%-7%,是影响女性生殖与健康的较为常见的原因之一。因先天性女性生殖道畸形偏离正常解剖结构的复杂性,现有的分类系统均存在严重的局限性。因此,欧洲人类生殖及胚胎协会和欧洲妇科内镜协会专门成立了一个名为CONUTA(CONgenital UTerine Anomalies)的工作组,通过DELPHI专家咨询法,向从事该领域研究的科学家咨询其对先天性女性生殖道发育异常分类的意见和建议,最终达成共识,提出以女性生殖道解剖学为基础的新分类系统。 Congenital malformations of the female genital tract, the deviations from normal anatomy resulting from the embryological maldevelopment of Mullerian or paramesonephric ducts, were one of common disorders related to female health and reproductive problems. The morbidity is 4%-7%. There are serious limitations in the existing classification systems because of the complexity of congenital deviations from normal anatomy of the female genital tract. Therefore ,the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (ESGE) established a professional working group named CONUTA (CONgenital UTerine Anomalies) to collect the opinions and suggestions on the classification of female genital tract congenital anomalies using the DELPHI procedure. CONUTA developed the consensus at last, and proposed the new classification system based on the anatomy of female genital tract.
