摘要 近几年有研究发现,中枢神经系统损伤患者脊髓H反射激活后抑制的减少与痉挛严重程度相关性较高,可能对中枢神经系统损伤后痉挛的客观评价有潜在意义。本文介绍激活后抑制的概念、机制以及其影响因素。 Recent studies show that post-activation depression is highly correlated with the severity of spasticity in patients with stroke or cerebral palsy, which may be potentially used in the evaluation of spasticity. This article reviewed the concept, mechanism and related fac-tors of post-activation depression.
