痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿下肢内收肌肌紧张过度的针刺疗效

Effects of Acupuncture on Lower Extremities Adductors Strain for Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

目的观察针刺治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿下肢内收肌高张力的临床效果。方法痉挛型脑瘫患儿100例,随机分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采用常规康复治疗,实验组在此基础上加针刺治疗。治疗前和治疗3个月后,分别用关节量角器法测量内收肌角度,评定粗大运动功能测量(GMFM-88)D区、E区分值。结果治疗后两组上述指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺能缓解痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢内收肌高张力,并改善患儿粗大运动功能。

Objective To observe the effects of the acupuncture on muscle strain of lower extremities adductors for children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 100 children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into treatment group （n=50） and control group （n=50） random-ly. The control group accepted routine rehabilitation, and the treatment group accepted acupuncture in addition. The passive range of motion （ROM） of adductor angle, D and E domains of Gross Motor Function Measure （GMFM-88） were observed before and after treatment. Re-sults ROM and GMFM-88 improved after treatment （P〈0.05）, and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture can release muscle strain of lower extremities adductors of children with spastic cerebral palsy and improve the motor function.
