摘要 缺血性卒中是最常见的神经系统疾病,具有较高的致残率及致死率。利用大脑中动脉闭塞大鼠模型能够模拟缺血性卒中的发生,而通过多模态神经成像技术能够评估缺血性卒中大鼠的脑血流动力学、代谢及功能方面的信息,可以为了解缺血性卒中动态发展、评估缺血半暗带、评价干预和治疗效果提供影像诊断依据。就国外利用多模态神经成像技术评估缺血性卒中大鼠的实验研究作一综述。 Ischemic stroke is the most common neurological cause of severe disability and death. The middle cerebral artery occlusion rat models can simulate the occurrence of ischemic stroke. Furthermore, multi-modal neuroimaging techniques can assess the cerebral hemodynamics, metabolic and functional information of ischemic stroke rat models, which can help to understand the dynamic development of stroke, assess the ischemic penumbra, and evaluate the efficacy of intervention and treatment. In this paper, the experimental studies about multi-modal neuroimaging technology assessment of rat stroke models are reviewed.
