Idiopathic granulomatous lobular mastitis: imaging findings and differential diagnosis

特发性肉芽肿性小叶乳腺炎(IGLM)是一种少见的慢性乳腺炎性病变,病因未明。IGLM在临床及影像学上与炎性乳癌、乳腺结核及导管周围乳腺炎表现相似,而在治疗及预后方面则不相同。因此,准确的术前诊断对临床治疗具有一定的指导价值。现就IGLM的临床、病理、影像特点及鉴别诊断予以综述。

Idiopathic granulomatous lobular mastitis （IGLM） is a rare breast inflammatory disease of unknown etiology. IGLM could micmic inflammatory breast cancer, tuberculous mastitis and periductal mastitis in clinical and imaging features, but differ in treatment and prognosis. Therefore, an accurately preoperative diagnosis of IGLM helps to provide a guide for treatment. This article reviews the IGLM in clinical features, pathological findings, imaging findings and differential diagnosis.
