摘要
针对7623充填工作面顶板破碎、局部片帮冒漏顶严重、充填回采困难的问题,邢台煤矿开展了锚杆与注浆联合支护技术的研究,建立锚杆与膏体注浆联合支护物理相似模型,采用电液伺服岩石力学实验系统,开展二维静态压缩实验,分析其力学参数。现场应用表明:锚杆与注浆联合支护技术增加了顶板的塑性和韧性,增强了顶板的完整性,有效制止了顶板冒落和煤壁片帮,并实现了顶板破碎冒落情况下的有效充填,为工作面过断层顶板控制提供一种新方法。
Based on 7623 filling working face broken roof, serious partial side fall roof caving, difficult filling stoping problems, Xingtai Mine started the combined support of bolt and grouting technology research, established paste grouting anchor combined support similar physical model, the system of electrohydraulic servo rock mechanics experiment and conducting two-dimensional static compression experiment, analyzed its mechanical parameters. Field application showed that the combined bolt and grouting increased the roof of the plasticity and toughness, enhanced the integrity of the roof, and effectively prevented the side fall roof caving, and implemented the effective filing under broken roof caving, which provided a new method for working face going though fault roof control.
