摘要
为了使煤泥干燥系统运行更加稳定,通过对链轮传动、蜗杆传动、齿轮传动3种传动装置的对比,选择出齿轮传动装置,结果表明:选用齿轮传动装置能够解决现有干燥装置传动运行出现的一系列症状,保证了干燥装置的持续稳定运行,优化了RD多层多级多效干燥装置的传动装置,减少了设备的维护成本,具有实施的可行性。
In order to make the coal slime drying system operation more stable, through the chain wheel transmission, worm drive, gear drive three transmission contrast, the gear drive was settled. The results showed that the selected gear transmission device solved a series of symptoms in the existing dryers running, and ensured the continuous and stable operation of the dryer, optimized the RD multilayer multistage multi-effect drying transmission device, reduced the cost of equipment maintenance, with the feasibility of the implementation.
