摘要
基于选煤厂煤泥的特性和煤泥输送量的增大,易造成双轴螺旋输送机出现因物料缠轴造成的过载现象、无轴布料螺旋易出现螺旋转动偏离原有圆心造成与螺旋内部摩擦力增大造成的过流等情况。针对上述问题,该厂决定将这4台螺旋输送机电机的实时工况及参数通过电机智能保护器和"Anybus"网关模块将电机智能保护器支持的MODBUS协议转换为Profibus-DP协议并与原有的Profibus网络连接,同时将参数引入到上位机中,以实现根据电机实时工况来调节电机转速和给料量目的,经改造完成后各个参数上传实时有效,为整个煤泥干燥系统正常运转提供了保障。

According to the above problem, the factory decided to conduct this 4 sets of screw conveyor motor real-time condition and parameters through the intelligent motor protector and anybus gateway module supporting the intelligent motor protector for profibus-dp protocol MODBUS protocol conversion and connection with original Profibus network, at the same time the parameters into the upper machine, in order to realize the working condition of motor in real time to adjust the motor speed and quantificationaUy, after the completion of the modification of the various parameters upload real-time, it was effective for the whole coal slime drying system, which provided guarantee the normal operation.
