By analyzing the alienation theme reflected in The Snows of Kilimanjaro, including the alienation of human relationship, man＇s alienation from himself, and the alienation between human being and society, this paper tries to explore the isolation and loneliness of human being and the lost or dehumanization of human nature caused by alienation so that to show Hemingway＇s thinking on the alienation of society and human nature and to show the reason of Harry＇s inner struggle before dying.
