摘要
利用地沟油、二乙二醇进行酯交换反应生成直链的酯类产物,利用单质硫将直链酯类产物部分转变为网状酯类,用石墨进行复配得到钻井液润滑剂RH-B。对润滑剂RH-B的润滑性能进行了评价。结果表明,当润滑剂RH-B质量分数为1%时,可显著提高淡水钻井液的润滑性能,其润滑系数降低率达到86.19%;质量分数为2%时可显著提高海水钻井液的润滑性能,其润滑系数降低率达到63.4%;对钻井液的表观黏度和滤失量影响较小;无毒无污染,荧光级别较低。
Firstly,straight chain ester products are prepared through the transesterification of waste cooking oil with diethylene glycol solution. And then a part of the straight chain ester products is transformed into mesh ester product using element sulfur. Lastly, drilling fluid lubricant RH-B is obtained by compounding the produced mesh esters with graphite. The lubricating performance of RH-B is evaluated. The results show that when the mass fraction of lubricant RH-B is 1%,the lubrication performance of freshwater drilling fluid can be significantly improved,its lubrication coefficient reducing rate can reach to 86. 19%; when the mass fraction of lubricant RH-B is 2%,the lubrication performance of seawater drilling fluid can be significantly improved,its lubrication coefficient reducing rate can reach to 63. 4%; the lubricant RH-B has a little effect on the apparent viscosity and the filter loss of drilling fluid,it is nontoxic and no pollution,as well as small fluorescence.
