摘要
设计了一种基于ZigBee无线通信技术的石油开采远程监测系统:在油井现场组建的ZigBee网络采集抽油机工况;采集数据通过3G网络传输到远端的监控中心,并依此实现对抽油机工况远程实时监控和异常状况预报。该系统通过专家系统模型对抽油机示功图数据进行分析对比判断抽油机的工况。
A remote monitoring system of oil production process based on ZigBee wireless communication technology is designed. The operating conditions of pumping unit are get through ZigBee network constructed in wellsite,the collected data are transmitted to the remote monitoring center through 3G network,and the remote monitoring of the operating conditions and the forecasting of the abnormal conditions of pumping unit are implemented. The operating condition of the pumping unit is judged by comparing and analyzing the obtained indicator diagram and the indicator diagram models in expert system.
