数字城管基础部件巡检系统的研究与实现

数字城管是城市发展的必然趋势,应用数字化、信息化的手段来进行城市管理能够提高城市管理人员的工作效率,及时解决城市基础部件出现的问题。城市部件是数字城管的基础要素,数字阜新地理空间框架建设项目,围绕数字城管部件信息的采集、巡检、回传等问题展开研究。基于移动地理信息系统,在.Net Framework框架下,以Windows Mobile为开发平台,运用面向对象的语言C#语言开发了数字城管基础部件巡检系统。初步实现了城市部件数据的加载,移动数据采集和属性更新的实时性,通过Socket通讯技术与后方服务器进行实时的数据传输。
