摘要
房地产测绘是常规的测绘技术与房地产管理业务相结合的专业测绘。本文以笔者工作实践为背景,在总结和分析房地产测绘研究现状的基础上,从应用实际出发,对房地产测绘中关于面积量算及相关问题作出相应思考。
Real estate surveying and mapping is the combination of regular surveying and mapping technology and real estate manage- ment business. Based on the working experience, the paper summarizes and analyzes real estate surveying and mapping current situa- tion and proposes some ideas on area measurement in real estate surveying and mapping.
