护理实习生心理健康在专业承诺与择业效能感关系中的调节作用

Moderating effect of mental health of nursing interns on the relationship between the ProfessionalCommitment and Occupational choice self-efficacy

目的探讨护理实习生心理健康在专业承诺与择业效能感关系中的调节作用。方法采用大学生专业承诺调查问卷、SCL-90症状测评量表、大学生职业决策自我效能感量表对200名护理实习生进行问卷调查，并对结果进行分析。结果专业承诺对择业效能感有正向预测作用；心理健康对专业承诺与择业效能感之间的关系具有调节作用，心理健康水平较好的护理实习生，专业承诺对其择业效能感的预测作用强。结论增强护理实习生心理健康水平将提高专业承诺对择业效能的正向预测作用。

Objective To explore the role of mental health between nursing interns＇ professional com- mitment and occupational choice self-efficacy. Methods 200 students were surveyed by Career Decision- making Self-efficacy Scale, the Symptom Self-rating Scale（SCL-90） and Professional Commitment Scale for Un- dergraduates. Results Professional commitment showed remarkable positive prediction effect. Mental health exhibits moderating effect on the relationship between professional commitment and occupational choice self-effi- cacy, the more good mental health level, the bigger the prediction effect of professional commitment on occu- pational choice self-efficacy. Conclusions Promoting the students＂ psychological health will improve prediction effect of professional commitment on occupational choice self-efficacy.
