摘要
飞轮储能系统利用飞轮加减速旋转来实现电能与机械能的相互转换,是一种新兴的电能存储技术。研制了用于电力系统的高速飞轮储能系统,该系统主要包括储存能量的飞轮、支撑飞轮的轴承、进行机电能量转换的高速永磁电机和与电网进行能量交换的双向变流器。研究了高速飞轮储能系统整体控制策略、电网侧变流器的控制,高性能LCL滤波器的设计,高速永磁同步电机的弱磁控制。进行了高速飞轮储能系统加速储能试验和减速释能试验,分析了试验测试结果。
Flywheel energy storage system uses flywheel acceleration and deceleration rotation to achieve the inter conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy,it is an emerging energy storage technology.A high speed flywheel energy storage system for electric power systems was developed.The system mainly includes flywheel for energy storage,bearing for support the flywheel,high speed permanent magnet motor for electromechanical energy conversion and bidirectional converter for exchange energy with the power grid.The overall control strategy for high speed flywheel energy storage system,control of the grid side converter,design of high-performance LCL filter,and flux-weakening control of high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor were studied.High speed flywheel energy storage system accelerating energy storage test and decelerating energy release test were carried out,and results of the test were analyzed.
