摘要
针对风电机组运行过程中产生的各种故障,通过采集风机运行过程中的各种数据,利用阈值判断、线性分析和卡尔曼滤波非线性分析、同因素预测等方法对风电机组可能发生的故障进行趋势预测,达到预知维护的目的,并根据分析结果显示异常信息,给出相应的处理预案。
To better detect and respond to the various failures throughout the operation of wind turbines,a predictive maintenance system based on trend forecast of possible failures was proposed.This trend forecast is made through the real-time acquisition of various wind turbine operating data and application of the concepts of threshold determination,linear analysis,non-linear Kalman filtering and comparability prediction.According to the real-time data analysis results,the system then provides visualization of the anomalies and also suggestion of appropriate treatment.
