过渡金属催化端炔的氧化交叉偶联反应研究进展 被引量:3

Progress in Transition-Metal-Catalyzed Oxidative Cross-Coupling of Terminal Alkynes

摘要 炔基化合物是有机合成中重要的一类官能团化合物,端基炔通过氧化交叉偶联反应可以制备各种各样新的炔基化合物.总结了近年来端基炔参与的氧化交叉偶联反应,主要介绍了Pd,Cu,Fe等过渡金属催化的端炔氧化交叉偶联反应研究进展. Alkynyl compounds are one kind of important functional compounds in organic synthesis. Various new alkynyl compounds can be obtained via oxidative cross-coupling reactions of terminal alkynes. Recent oxidative cross-coupling reactions involving terminal alkynes are reviewed. The advances of cross-coupling reactions catalyzed by Pd, Cu, Fe and so on are particularly described.
