摘要
文章所提的职业生涯规划仅指企业对员工进行的职业规划管理,旨在通过对目前云南省某省级医疗事业单位行政管理类员工的人力资源管理现状、存在问题的分析,阐述如何在省级医疗单位科学地做好行政管理类员工的职业规划,达到提高医院管理效率、助力医疗水平提升、实现医院社会效益与经济效益双重提升的目的。
The career planning which this paper mentioned is the planning and management to the staffs by the enterprise. It is aimed at stating how to scientifically make the career planning to management staffs in provincial medical organizations through analyzing the human resource management current situation and the problem in a provincial medical organization. So as to reach the purpose of improving hospitals' management efficiency, medical treatment level and lifting both of social and economic benefit.
