文中在归纳总结IMO和ILO公约、我国法规有关船员工作休息时间规定的基础上,列举了港口国检查常见缺陷,并就如何避免在港口国检查中出现这些缺陷,提出了针对性措施。

This Paper, on the basis of summarizing the requirements of IMO and ILO conventions and China’s legislation about the Hours of Work and Rest for seafarers, lists the common deficiencies in Port States Control on this issue, and provides associated measures to avoid such deficiencies.
