摘要
激光熔敷制造技术是激光快速成型(激光3D打印)技术的一种,其中采用同轴送粉的激光熔敷制造技术灵活程度高、粉末材料种类多,通过设备、工艺和材料系统的组配,可以形成新的表面熔敷成型技术,重点解决模具局部磨损、腐蚀、崩塌等缺陷的修复和表面结构的近净型成型再制造,也可以方便地在模具局部区域形成具有特殊性能的处理区域,具有广泛的应用前景。
