塔河原油电脱盐超标原因分析与建议

摘要 随着国内外原油重质化、劣质化的趋势日益加剧,传统的炼厂电脱盐装置频频出现脱后含盐量、含水率超标等现象。介绍了塔河重质原油的特性及乌鲁木齐石化公司电脱盐装置加工塔河原油的现状,分别从塔河原油特性和炼厂电脱盐工艺操作参数两方面分析了重质塔河原油电脱盐脱水后含盐量(约10 mg/L)和含水率(约0.50%)超标的原因,并基于分析结果给出了相关建议。 With the crude oil becomes heavier and worse both at home and abroad, phe- nomenon of excess salt content and water content after electric desahing/dehydration are fre- quently appear in traditional refinery electric desalting device. The properties of Tahe heavy crude oil and operation condition of electric desahing unit of Urumchi petrochemical compa- ny are introduced, and then main causes of excess salt content and water content after elec- tric desahing/dehydration are analyzed as well. In addition, some related advices are pre- sented based on the analysis results to solve the desahing/dehydration problem of Tahe heavy crude oil.
