摘要
自制了一种用于水基压裂液,可耐150℃高温的稠化剂。考察了其理化指标和冻胶性能,研究了冻胶的剪切稳定性、耐温性、滤失性、破胶性等系列性能。发现其在170 s-1剪切条件下,冻胶粘度稳定;耐温达150℃;滤失速度为1.08×10-4m/min,初滤失量为0.017 m3/m2;破胶性、配伍性良好,针对高温油藏具有极好的应用前景。
A thickener with high thermostability was prepared that can be used in water- based fracturing fluid. We found it meet the first-class requirements. Cross-linked gel was got by the base solution made from the thickener. Shear stability, thermal endurance, break- ing property and other series of performances were researched. Filtration rate was 1.08×10-4 m/min, spurt loss amount was 0.017 m3/㎡, and that it could endurance as high as 150 ℃ showed it had good performence and application prospect specially for high temperature reservoir.
