微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的体会 被引量：5

摘要 三叉神经痛（trigeminal neuralgia ，T N ）是指位于三叉神经分布范围内出现的反复短暂的阵发性剧痛，近年来的研究表明原发性三叉神经痛的病因95％以上为三叉神经在入脑干前0．5～1．0 cm 内（也称入、出根区）血管压迫所致［1］，目前越来越多证据充分表明微血管减压术（M V D ）是治疗原发性三叉神经痛有效安全的方法。
