摘要
目的:探讨小鼠生后肾发育中抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2和促凋亡蛋白Bax的表达规律。方法:选取生后1、3、5、7、14、21d的昆明小白鼠,应用免疫组织化学并结合体视学分析方法观察树脂切片上小鼠生后肾不同发育时期Bcl-2和Pax的表达。结果:生后小鼠肾发育过程中,Bcl-2和Bax的表达主要位于近端小管,而且,越成熟的近端小管表达越强烈,而远端小管的表达很微弱。Bcl-2/Bax的比值在P3d开始升高,P7d时达到顶峰,随后降低。结论:在生后小鼠的肾发育中成熟的近端小管有较强的生长及更新能力,Bcl-2和Bax在近端小管与远端小管的不同表达,可能与线粒体的不同功能状态有关。
Objective: To explore the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax during the postnatal development of mouse kidney. Methods: The 30 mice from postnatal day 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 and 21 were chosen to investigate the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax during the postnatal development of the kidney with immunohistochemistry technique and stereological methods. Results: During the postnatal renal development of the mouse kidney, the immunohistochemical positive staining of P, cl-2 and Bax was mainly observed in the proximal tubules. Furthermore, the more well-grown proximal tubule expressed, the more stronger they were; While weak reaction was found in distal tubules. The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax started to increase at P3 d, and reached to summit at P7 d, while reduced soon after. Conclusion: During the postnatal development of the kidney, the full-grown proximal tubule acquired the more strongly ability with the renal development and proliferation. The different expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the proximal tubules and distal tubules may concern with different functional status of mitochondria.
