泡生法 90 公斤级蓝宝石晶体的生长与研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用泡生法生长蓝宝石晶体(α-Al2O3单晶),针对蓝宝石晶体的结晶性质和生长工艺条件展开了研究,解释了蓝宝石晶体中气泡的形成机制并提出了相应的解决方法,成功生长出了90公斤级大直径蓝宝石晶体。 In this paper, sapphire crystals (α-Al2O3 monocrystal) were grown by Kyropoulos method, sapphire crystal's crystallization property and growth process conditions have been studied, the formation mechanism of bubbles in sapphire crystal were explained and also the elimination method 90 kg class, large size sapphire crystals were successfully grown.
