Coexistence of p210 BCR-ABL and CBFIS-MYHll fusion genes in myeloid leukemia： two cases report and literatures review

摘要 BCR-ABL和CBFβ-MYH11两种融合基因同时表达的髓系白血病患者较少见，该种病例由Mecucci等1988年首次报道，迄今文献累计报道40余例，国内尚无相关文献报道。回顾性分析2004至2012年于我院就诊的髓系白血病患者，发现3例患者同时表达p210BCR—ABL和CBFl3-MYH11融合基因，其中1例已经报道，我们对另2例患者临床及实验室特征进行报告，并结合相关文献进行分析。
