牙周炎是成年人牙齿丧失的首位原因，如何使破坏的牙周组织再生是人们关注的焦点。植骨术、引导性组织再生技术（GTR）、生长因子应用等是目前研究较多的牙周组织再生技术，其中植骨术和GTR虽然在临床实践中已广泛应用，
