基于SWOT分析的烟台市滨海型生态城市建设研究

Studies on the Construction of Coastal Eco-City in Yantai Based on SWOT Analysis

建设生态城市已经成为当前国内外城市发展的主流方向,滨海型生态城市的建设将有利于烟台市更好地实现自然-经济-社会的可持续发展.本文在阐述生态城市概念的基础上,概述了烟台市滨海型生态城市建设的目标与现状,然后采用SWOT分析方法对烟台市建设滨海型生态城市的优劣势以及面临的机遇与挑战进行了分析,并提出了具有针对性的未来烟台市建设滨海型生态城市的对策建议.

The construction of ecological city has become the mainstream of urban development at home and a- broad, and coastal eco-city construction will help Yantai to achieve natural-economic-social sustainable devel- opment. Based on concepts related to eco-city, the goals and current situation of coastal eco-city construction in Yantai are reviewed, and then the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges during the construc- tion of ecological city are analyzed according to the method of SWOT analysis.
