健脾化浊通窍汤联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗难治性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎

Jianpi Huazhuo Tongqiao soup combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid for treatment of refractory chronic rhinosinusitis

目的探讨健脾化浊通窍汤联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗难治性慢性鼻一鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法对2008年1月～2011年3月期间诊治的25例难治性慢性鼻一鼻窦炎患者给予口服健脾化浊通窍汤，同时肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液，疗程1个月。结果25例患者中，经随访半年～2年，治愈16例（64．o．％），好转6例（24．0％），有效率88．0％。结论健脾化浊通窍汤联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗难治性慢性鼻一鼻窦炎，具有较确切的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jian pi Huazhuo Tongqiao soup combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid for the treatment of refractory chronic rhin0sinusitis. Methods 25 cases of refractory chronic rhinosinusitis patients treated with Jian pi Huazhuo Tongqiao soup from January 2008 to March 2011 were enrolled in the study. Meanwhile, an intramuscular BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection was also conducted for a month. Results 25 patients were followed up for half a year to 2 years, 16 cases were cured （64.0%）, and 6 cases （24.0%） were improved, with an effective rate of 88.0%. Conclusions Jan pi Huazhuo Tongqiao soup combined with BCG Dolvsaccharide nucleic acid was effective in treatment of refractory chronic rhinosinusitis.
