广州市越秀区2006-2011年疑似细菌性食物中毒的情况分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨广州市越秀区2006-2011年细菌性食物中毒发生的特征及分布规律,为预防和控制细菌性食物中毒提供科学依据。方法对2006-2011年本中心对疑似细菌性食物中毒的样品进行细菌分离鉴定,资料采用Excel2003等软件进行统计分析。结果 2006-2011年共发生疑似细菌性中毒事件112起,检出致病菌阳性69起(检出率为61.61%)。细菌性食物中毒全年均有发生,7-10月份检出频数最高的细菌性食物中毒的场所以餐饮业为主。检出的致病病原菌最常见的是副溶血性弧菌,其次是金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、沙门氏菌。副溶血性弧菌以污染环境为主;金黄色葡萄球菌以污染饭菜为主;变形杆菌以污染用具为主。结论本区细菌性食物中毒的防控重点应以餐饮业为主,应着重加强对环境、用具的卫生监管。 Objective To study the characteristics and distribution of bacterial food poisoning occurred in 2006-2011 in the Yuexiu district of Guangzhou city and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of bacterial food poisoning. Methods Bacteria were isolated from the suspected food samples. The isolated bacteria were then identified. Data were analyzed usign Excel 2003 software. Results 69 of 112 cases were found to have pathogenic bacteria (detection rate of 61.61%). Bacterial food poisoning was found throughout the year,and most of theevents occurred from July to October. The food poisoning occurred mainly in the restaurant industry. Twelve categories of pathogenic bacteria were detected and Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the most common pathogen,followed by Staphylococcus aureus,Proteus,and Salmonella.Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the major pathogen in the contaminated environmental samples;Staphylococcus aureus was the major pathogen contaminating the food samples.Proteus was the major pathogen contaminating the utensils. Conclusions The control of bacterial food poisoning in this area should focus on the canteens. Attention should be focusing on thestrengthening of hygiene of the environment and utensils.
