Ihh-PTHrP信号轴调控髁突软骨内成骨相关机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 Ihh-PTHrP信号轴调控软骨内成骨过程。近年来,国内外学者对Ihh-PTHrP信号通路的调控机制给予了广泛的关注,相关的调控机制屡见报道,对髁突软骨内成骨机制研究的需求日趋迫切。国内外许多文献报道了相关因子在Ihh-PTHrP信号轴中的重要角色,发现了一些具有指导意义的成果。通过对近几年国内外相关文献的总结归纳,对该信号轴调控髁突软骨内成骨的相关机制研究做一综述。
