护理专科学生学习倦怠的原因调查及对策 被引量:4

摘要 目的:调查分析我校护理专科学生学习倦怠的原因并探讨其应对措施,为护理教育提供参考。方法:采用自编的调查问卷对护理专科学生270人进行调查。结果:学生回答有学习倦怠的256人,占总数的94.81%;其中课程因素、教学与考试因素、自身因素是引发护理专科学生学习倦怠的主要原因。结论:护理专科学生普遍存在不同程度的学习倦怠,学校与护理教育者应高度重视,可针对学习倦怠的原因采取相应的措施。 Objective:To investigate the causes of learning burnout of nursing students in our college, discuss the countermeasures and to provide a reference for nursing education. Methods: Survey 270 nursing college students by self-edited learning burnout ques-tionnaire. Results: 256 students reported learning burnout and the incidence reached 94.81%. The main causes lie in the following three aspects: the curriculum, teaching and examination, and their own factors. Conclusion: Learning burnout with varying levels commonly exists among nursing college students. College and nursing educators should pay much attention, aim at these above - men- tioned causes and take appropriate measures.
