摘要
目的:调查分析我校护理专科学生学习倦怠的原因并探讨其应对措施,为护理教育提供参考。方法:采用自编的调查问卷对护理专科学生270人进行调查。结果:学生回答有学习倦怠的256人,占总数的94.81%;其中课程因素、教学与考试因素、自身因素是引发护理专科学生学习倦怠的主要原因。结论:护理专科学生普遍存在不同程度的学习倦怠,学校与护理教育者应高度重视,可针对学习倦怠的原因采取相应的措施。
Objective：To investigate the causes of learning burnout of nursing students in our college, discuss the countermeasures and to provide a reference for nursing education. Methods： Survey 270 nursing college students by self-edited learning burnout ques-tionnaire. Results： 256 students reported learning burnout and the incidence reached 94.81%. The main causes lie in the following three aspects： the curriculum, teaching and examination, and their own factors. Conclusion： Learning burnout with varying levels commonly exists among nursing college students. College and nursing educators should pay much attention, aim at these above - men- tioned causes and take appropriate measures.
