Recent advancement and clinical application of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia and analgesia

右美托咪啶(dexmedetomidine,DEX)是一种新型的高选择性α2肾上腺素,能受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑等作用。国内外有研究表明DEX可作为术中麻醉和术后镇痛的辅助药,可减少术中麻醉药用量,推迟术后首次需要镇痛药的时间和减少镇痛药用量。本文就此进行综述。

Dexmedetomidine is a new and highly selective α2-adrenoceptor agonist,which exhibits sedative as well as analgesic and anxiolytic effects. The researhes at home and abroad proved that dexmedetomidine is used as adjuvant for anesthesia during the surgery and analgesia after the surgery. There is a significant increase in the post-operative analgesia duration before the first analgesia is re-quired and a decrease in the dose required for pain relief. This review aims to present an update clinical application of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia and analgesia.
