摘要
以某铝合金外壳为研究对象,采用ViewCast对铸件压铸过程进行了模拟,预测铝合金外壳压铸缺陷位置,对工艺进行优化。模拟结果显示,压射速度为0.5 m/s时,铸件能够完全充型,且缩松缺陷相对较低;进一步增加压射速度,气体的卷入量增加,不利于减少铸件孔隙数量。
The filling and solidification of an aluminum alloy shell in die casting was simulated by ViewCast software, which can forecast the position of the defects during the casting process, and optimize the process of die casting. The simulation results show that when the first shot speed increase to 0.5m/s, the casting can be completely filled and the defects decrease. To increase the injection speed, due to increase of gas involved in the volume, it is not conducive to reduce the amount of the porosity in casting.
