摘要
针对以往水玻璃旧砂湿法再生系统结构复杂、耗水量大、污水处理成本高等缺点,首先进行了一系列探索性试验,以确定蒸汽湿法再生水玻璃旧砂的可行性,及影响再生效率的相关因素。然后设计并制作了新型水玻璃湿法蒸汽再生实验设备,通过改变相关工艺参数进行试验,达到了提高再生效率、节约用水,以最少用水量和最短处理时间再生旧砂的目的。
Aimging at complex of reclaiming system structure, the wasting of a large quantity of water, and sewage treatment costs a lot, a series of exploratory experiments were determined the feasibility of sodium silicate sand reclaiming of steam wet, and the relevant factors influence on the reclaiming efficiency. Then, a a kind of sodium silicate wet steam reclaiming laboratory equipment were designed. By changing the process parameters, the reclaiming efficiency and water saving can be improved, at the same time, with the least amount of water and shortest processing time.
