摘要
以美国南方线材公司SCR连铸连轧生产线铸造系统的工艺控制为对象,立足SCR连铸连轧生产低氧铜杆的生产实际,分析了该系统的构造及工作原理。通过对铸造系统的铸造温度、乙炔流量、浇注速度等参数的分析,研究了各铸造工艺参数对铸造过程、组织、铜杆性能的影响规律。结果对进一步消化吸收SCR生产线具有借鉴意义。
Taking the process control of the casting system for the United States south line material company SCR continuous casting and rolling production line as an object, based on the actual production of SCR continuous casting and rolling copper rod, the structure and working principle of the system were analyzed. Through the analysis of casting temperature, casting speed, acetylene flow rate and other parameters for the casting system, the effects of the casting process parameters on the casting process, the microstucture, the properties of copper rod were researched. The results have reference significance for further digestion and absorption of SCR production line
