摘要
建立了铸造车间常用的方形钢结构砂斗的简要三维参数化模型,通过改变各参数值,可迅速建立各种规格砂斗的三维模型以及砂斗内砂子的堆积形状模型,并借助软件高效、准确地计算各种规格砂斗的名义容量、实际容量和有效容量,改变了以往人工计算困难、计算量大且误差较大的情况,改进了砂斗的工艺设计方法。
A three-dimensional parameterization model was built. By changing the parameters, a three-dimensional model for different specifications silos and sand packing in it were created, and then its nominal capacity, actual maximum capacity and effective capacity were calculated efficiently and accurately. By this method, the process design of the steel structure silos can be improved.
