摘要
超塑胀形能一次成形复杂零件,是一种先进成形技术,研制超塑胀形压力测控系统具有重要意义。超塑胀形压力的精确控制是超塑胀形的前提,其压力加载方式基本是恒压加载和变压加载。超塑胀形压力控制系统包括胀形压力信号的采集检测及模数转换、步进电机驱动控制两部分主要内容。
Superplastic bulging can once form complex part, and it is an advanced forming technology. Developing measurement and control system of superplastic bulging pressure has great significance. Bulging pressure accurate control is the premise of superplastic bulging. The superplastic bulging loading mode is basically constant pressure loading and variable pressure loading. Superplastic bulging pressure control system comprises the main content of two part (the pressure signal detection and control of stepper motor driver).
