摘要
通过对冲裁过程中的摩擦力的分析,可知凸模侧壁和凸模端面与板料之间的摩擦力最大,磨损也最剧烈。结合骨架理论和复合强化理论,硬质合金模具的磨损状况可以通过凸模Co元素的损失百分率表达。运用正交设计准则,进行了不同工艺参数组合的实冲实验。通过检测冲裁后的凸模Co元素的损失百分率,分析了不同工艺参数对模具磨损的影响。
Through the analysis of friction force in blanking, it is known that the friction force on the side wall and end surface of the punch is maximum, and wear also is the severest. Combined with the theory of skeleton and composite reinforcement, the wear condition of carbide die can be reflected by the loss percentage of Co element. Applying orthogonal design criteria, the experiments of different process parameters were carried out. The influence of different process parameters on die wear was analyzed through testing the loss percentage of Co element in punch after blanking.
