超超临界汽轮机高压转子制造工艺研究

摘要 超超临界汽轮机的工作蒸汽温度达到600℃、蒸汽压力达到30 MPa。在这种工作环境下,汽轮机转子性能要求极高。首先介绍了高压转子生产工艺流程,然后重点阐述了制造工艺控制技术。采用ESR(电渣重熔)法来冶炼、WHF(宽砧强力压下)法锻造,并制定出锻后热处理和性能热处理工艺,最后通过取样及性能校验,验证了方法的可行性,为超超临界汽轮机转子的国产化生产提供可靠依据。 Ultra supercritical steam turbine steam temperature at work reaches 600 ~C and the steam pressure reaches 30 MPa. Under this kind of work environment, the performance requirements of the rotor of the steam turbine is extremely high. Firstly, the production process flow of the high pressure rotor was introduced. Then the control technique of the forming manufacturing technology was expounded. The smelting was by using ESR (electroslag remelting) method and the forging was by using WHF (wide anvil under strong pressure) method. The process of heat treatment after forging and performance heat treatment of the rotor were constituted. Finally, through the sampling and property check, the feasibility of method was verified, which orovided a reliable basis for ultra sunercritical steam turbine rotor made in China.
