摘要
针对大吨位压力机的打击力难以测量的问题,基于虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW开发了一种测量系统。介绍了系统的测量原理和系统软件设计方案,给出了打击力显示界面,用体积成形软件DEFORM验证了系统测量的精确性。该系统实现了打击力的实时显示功能,并为大吨位压力机的打击力测量设计提供借鉴。
Aiming at the problem that the blow force of large-tonnage presses is difficult to measure, a measuring system was developed based on the virtual instrument software LabVIEW. Measuring principle of the system and the design project of system software were introduced, and the force displaying interface was also given. The system measurement accuracy was verified by using volume forming software DEFORM. The function of instantaneously displaying the blow force was realized by this system, which can provide a reference for blow force measurement of large-tonnage presses.
