双零铝箔常见质量问题的研究

Study on Common Quality Defects of Double Zeroes Aluminum Foil

在对双零铝箔的生产过程与产品质量进行长时间的跟踪观察的基础上,通过对大量试样的分析研究,总结出了双零铝箔中常见的针孔、亮星、白条/白带等缺陷的形成原因,研究了它的微观特征、宏观分布规律,提出了减轻与消除缺陷的措施。

On the basis of the observation of the production process and product quality of double zeroes aluminum foil for a long time, after the analysis of a large number of samples, the causes for defects of pin-holes bright-star, white-strip and white-belt were summarized. The microscopic characteristics and macroscopic distribution of these defects were researched. The measures for reducing and eliminating these defects were offered.
